Assemblies of God World Missions: "International Days of Prayer For Suffering Church" Scheduled For November 13, 20

Christians around the world are being urged to join in prayer on November 13th and 20th for their brothers and sisters in Christ who are being persecuted for their faith. The Assemblies of God World Missions Organization released a video detailing the urgent need for prayer.

“If I could call on the American church to remember the suffering church around the world,” Greg Mundis, Executive Director of AGWM said in the video. He also noted that some Christians are being killed for their faith.

According to AGWM, prayer is needed for those Christians who are:

-being tortured and killed for professing their faith in Jesus

-being forced to flee as refugees without a way to provide for their families

-being disowned by family and friends for their profession of faith

Christians in Algeria, Sudan and Malaysia are in significant need of prayer, according to this article.
